As a child, she ignored the dolls and easy-bake oven, much preferring her pencils, crayons and stacks of scrap paper. Kerry was introduced to film photography in high school, where she spent countless hours in a darkroom watching her compositions magically appear in a carefully measured bath. This is likely when Kerry began to see the world in frozen frames of curated colours, shapes and lines. Although her varied aspirations led her to pursue an MBA and a career as an internet banking strategist, Kerry continued to hone her creative spirit and photographic vision through self-study, formal education (Ryerson University), photographer-led workshops and mentorships.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Kerry is a photographic artist serving the Greater Toronto Area as well as the Muskoka Region in spring and summer months. She lives with her family consisting of one sweet husband and two boisterous, thoughtful boys who inspire her to be a better human. On any given day, you will find her skipping over lego bricks, coffee in hand, camera slung cross-body, planning her next creative adventure.
